Activities
The recreation committee serves up recreation and leisure time activities for the local union's members and their families. Members should make suggestions to committee members about activities that they would like to see added or eliminated. |

13 |
Hockeye Game - Komets vs Walleyes at Toledo. Cost of ticket $9.00, 50 tickets available. |
| June 23 |
Grant Muncy
Memorial Car Show at UAW Park. $5.00 entry fee. All
proceeds to go to the families charity of choice. Hot dogs,
chips, and drinks available. |
| August 17 |
Fair
Day at the Defiance County Fair - Full adult admission. |
| September - January | Big
Buck Contest - Winner to receive plaque. Must have picture
with tags and deer. |

15 |
Kids
Fishing Derby. $100 in $1 bills will be rewarded from
donations. Worms, food, drinks and prizes. 12 years of
age and under. |

26 |
Halloween
Parade in Defiance. |
| December
15 |
Kids
Christmas Party Drive Thru at the UAW Hall from 11:00am until
1pm. Santa will be here. Candy and Goody bags provided. |
| November
- December 31 |
Lights
Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo. |
You must be a member of UAW Local 211 in
good standing to be
eligible to participate in any of the above activities.
All costs of the
above events are close estimates. Any overruns in cost
will come from the general fund.
