How Does a Quarter Auction work?
When an item is up for "auction" and you want to "bid", you put a
quarter in the bucket. Once all bids are placed, a number will be
drawn. If the owner of the winning bid number has "bid" by placing
a quarter in the bucket, they WIN the item.
