Keep Promoting the UAW and GM
The Foundry Simulation Team has exhibited at four
consecutive Putnam County Fair venues, often coinciding with Race
Day or Car Show events. Many retirees and their families are often
glad to see our display, and enjoy telling their children and
grandchildren about castings or core packages they used to help
produce.

The Foundry Simulation Team was visited by many
GM families at the Car Show, especially the family of Bill Morton
and Mike Morton. The Car Show is a favorite of the team, and we
enjoy seeing our retirees, our co-workers, and their families.

Members of the Foundry
Simulation Team were greeted by Richard Shoemaker, UAW Vice
President, General Motors Department. Brother Shoemaker stopped by
to compliment the team on promoting the cooperative effort between
General Motors and the UAW to make quality vehicle
components.
